JGAurora A3S 液晶表示が変な件（3）液晶は解決。しかし

発送した、と連絡を受けてちょうど２週間でブツが届きました。

早速基盤（というか、液晶）交換をします。

液晶は、MakerbaseのMKS TFT V3.0です。
機械的にはネジで止まっているだけです。
電気的には、
8ピンのケーブルが、制御基盤本体（MKS  gen l v1.0 )から接続されているのと、フィラメントセンサーのスイッチが接続されているだけのようです。
USBはケースにコネクタを出しているだけです。

ファイルのやりとり、フィラメントのセンシングは少なくともこっちの基盤なわけですね。





さっくり交換。

液晶表示は完治しました。


が


新たな問題が。

フィラメントセンサーのコネクタ、もともとwikiでもしてきがあるとおり、間違ったコネクタを逆さにさすのがデフォルトのようですが、どうも隣のピンと接触していたような気がします。

ですでに問題が指摘されています。

同じ症状がでた方はいないようなので、今回の液晶表示の乱れの原因ではないようですけど
ところが、これを2ピンのコネクターに付け替えて、きちんとさすのですが、さすとエラーでプリンタが停止してしまいます。

firmwareとの相性なのか、いささか疲れて　自力解決はあきらめてサポートに連絡です。

I got new LCD board and fan, foot.
After replacing them, LCD troubles were gone completely.

One another problem occur.
I tried to unplug the cable which connecting B1 connector from old LCD board, It was fixed with hot-melt adhesive. I remove the adhesive very carefully.
but it looks shorting between side metal contacts of B1 connector and B0 terminals.
I did not ensure the short by electrically, but this issue was already reported within

Then I plugged new LCD board, LCD works well, but the filament sensor alarm is activated in stead of filament insertion, beep and stop printing.
When I unplugged the B1 connector, A3S works without alarm.


B1 terminals of new LCD board and black and red cables are carefully plugged without shorting.


It is not so severe problem because after unplug the cable, printing proceed well. but Is there any idea for these problem?


Fan became quiet, and new foot with metal washer are so nice!

This is the picture of old LCD board just remove the hot melt adhesive and new board before closing.

I use the JAE new connector.
